Never had a bad experience with Culligan equipment or service. If you like clean water, call them.
Customer service at its best. Through miscommunication or misunderstanding, I selected a water conditioning system that was unsuitable to my needs. The technicians visited my home multiple times, replacing certain parts, tweaking the system, and even delivered bottled water until a solution was reached. Lance, Randy, Chris, and Paul went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction at no extra charge.

We initially needed a UV water purifier to be able to close on our mortgage. They made sure it was installed ASAP and explained everything about the system. After moving in, we decided to get a full water system with acid filter, conditioner and reverse osmosis drinking water system after speaking with Paul A. who took a lot of time to explain everything and how it would benefit us.
