1st I have never left a review not even a good one! We got there around 7:00 (many tables were available) and they ran out of several items on the menu even a salad! Our waitress was wonderful even let us know that the food may take a while. Turned out a while was an hour. Once the food got there it was cold. My husband’s burger was way overcooked he asked for medium but lets call it a hockey puck. NO KETCHUP, and NO MAYO even though he asked for it. They got the NO Tomato right. My husband in I wanted to try something new and went to the restaurant. The online reservation said walk-in no wait. When we walked in the hostess ask us how many. And without looking at her board she said sorry we are all booked. It felt very uncomfortable and made up and it didn't help that we are both African American. I heard good reviews, unfortunately we only got a glance at what appeared to be a half full restaurant.
Leona was AMAZING! She was attentive and provided quality service in a hectic atmosphere. She was a dynamic part of our experience which was phenomenal. Leona, we love you!
