Peter and Ivy Stoner have been outstanding with their help and advice. They made the transition to Medicare easy, and have provided personalized guidance every year as we reevaluate our needs. Recently they went above and beyond in helping us submit and get approval for a claim with our Supplement plan provider to fully cover the cost of an international emergency hospitalization while traveling. It took several months to resolve, but they were persistent in escalating the review process to get us reimbursed.
