Terrible Uhaul experience. The owner/worker had very poor customer service skills and came off very insulting. Would not recommend!

I recently had a poor experience at this establishment which also rents Uhauls. In returning a truck, there was a mix up with the original contract which I intended to clarify with customer service. I believe there was no need to assume blame or fault but the conversation soon escalated due to poor use of words from owner. I do not believe people should be treated poorly by any prejudgement.
