StoneMark Granite did an excellent job with installing my new kitchen countertops.
StoneMark Granite communicated well throughout the process, but the final product and installation quality were disappointing. One of the granite pieces was cut incorrectly, and I had to custom-fit backsplash tiles to hide visible edge imperfections. The sink cutout also had multiple cracks that were repaired without my knowledge prior to installation. Edit to original- awaiting response from Lowe’s or this company- my countertop is now showing a crack or seam 2 years in. Pics to follow. I WAS NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING TO SEAL THE COUNTERTOPS WHICH I’VE LEARNED IS NECESSARY AFTER OWNING THEM AND IT WAS TOO LATE. So upset with this company and Lowe’s. Had my countertops done through Lowe’s and they contracted this company. Their cut was off initially, then they had to come back.
