Some miscommunications with builder surplus (seller) and stone mark (manufacturer/installer). Builders surplus did not include “oversized price” in my quote. $500 increase. I objected. The original price was honored. I place the blame on builders surplus not stone mark. Also, stone mark gave me two different install times. All things, however worked out well. My installers were excellent! Craftsmanship in product and installation was excellent! I would recommend this company.
We loved the work completed by Stonemark. Kalyn was easy to work with and the installation was seamless. The results are outstanding.
Overall very satisfied but some slips in communication and sloppiness. Gorgeous results but left us a lot of clean up ourselves. I would still recommend.
