I purchased in 2015. At first they were great. I never use metal utensils. You cannot even use the fry pans anymore. Everything sticks to them. The price was ridiculous. The salesperson at kdays said you can use anything to cook in them. I haven't thrown out I keep hoping there is a way to fix. I get better use of the cheap ones.
They are NOT open on Saturday as this site says they are. Good pans but will purchase other pans elsewhere as location is horrible and staff are cranky and unhelpful
Why am I not surprised they have the worse service ever. Warranty is ZERO . they always give you excuses so they don't cover it. never buy those expensive set of pans. trash quality for sure
We hope to have a lifetime pan for our jitvhen and spent $120 in this oan and the kiner fell.off a year after we started used it we used almost everyday and was disappointed to see the low quality.
I'd leave 0 stars if there was the option, worst cookware ever, the coating wears off in less than a year and no warranty, the guy that sold them to us at the Calgary Stampede said they had a lifetime warranty (until you try to replace it lol) biggest waste of money ever
