Honestly, I don't even know how this place has almost 5 stars because ever since the old managers left, this place was a nightmare. If you are a woman living by yourself DO NOT LIVE HERE! My apartment got broken into along with my front door neighbor who was also a woman living by herself and this happened in 2023-2024 on building 3. It was a total nightmare with the staff members not doing anything about it as not contacting my neighbor and apparently no one saw anything on the cameras which was very suspicious as this happ... read more
I came in today for a tour with Ms.Dianna and it was amazing. She told me all about the apartments very detailed and was a great help, I'm looking forward to moving in soon.
The staff is good and the place is well maintained on landscaping. Mamy times there is trash around the parking lot and the dumpsters always seem to be full most of the week. Increasing the trash pickup days would definitely help. The only downside to this apartment complex is the fact that maintenance tickets may take weeks to get resolved. As a tenant that never pays late, i’d like tickets to be solved in a quicker manner. I only see like 2 maintenance guys so i can only imagine how many work orders they have to go through... read more
