I live here but since the second I signed our lease I wish I didn’t. First off the property is in good shape and has newer buildings. The property itself hasn’t been an issue as much as the landlords. The first landlord before they sold tried to charge us a fee on our security deposit because their bank wouldn’t accept payment from our bank. I’m currently a tenant who has been living here for around 6 months now. DO NOT SIGN THIS SCAM “LUXURY” apartment 1.) I paid 2k for the deposit when we first signed, in which they tried to tell me it did not go through and would have to pay again, on top of a “late” fee.
