NEVER AGAIN In November 2023 I hired Stonehouse Builders to repair the wooden chimney (gas fireplace) based on their estimate for repairs of $3850.00 They showed up to complete the work and the 4 man crew did a great job. Two days they removed the vinyl siding, removed the old sheeting and chimney cap, replaced 4 corner 2X4 and installed new sheeting, wrapped the chimney in Tyvek and put a temporary tarp over cap.
