Front end Scheduling was a bit confusing. The crew did an excellent job with the work and clean up.
The whole process went smoothly, even with some delays for weather. We did foundation and plumbing and the project manager, Sergio, was wonderful and kept me up-to-date daily if not multiple times a day. The crew was very hardworking and put in long days. I thank everyone involved.

Hate posting negative reviews but this have to be written due to the amount of money and time put into this project. This started the beginning of January 2025 and the work is finally done but as I write this the company still hasn't cleaned up their materials. Constant added cost for the hydro test in order to warranty the foundation repair (which should have been conducted BEFORE you lift the foundation). Tried to add on a cost for extra support pillars without approval of it (it got resolved). My biggest thing is they des... read more
