RecommendedI have lived here for almost 2 years and love it!!! Management has been easy to work with and have been prompt to respond to concerns or repairs. Grounds are kept up and even in the construction areas have tried to keep it as clean as possible. I would recommend the development to anyone who is interested in renting instead of buying!
We didn’t even sign the lease because they couldn’t clarify simple questions. I would be very cautious when doing business with them. Make sure you read the contract before you sign.
Don’t rent from these people they will flat out tell you they don’t care to work with you! Any problem with any units a scratch you will pay for the whole replacement! There gorgeous units and the staff will be your best friend until you move out and then make sure you pay for any normal wear and tear they should take care of themselves!! Just be aware and take video and pictures to cover your ass!!
