The engineer arrived on time and efficiently dealt with the leaking connection (a problem caused by the installers employed by Currys). He checkld that everything was working properly and gave some good advice before leaving .

Eddie has become one of the family over the past months! He came to install our new loo, which he did very quickly and efficiently, always being his friendly and helpful self. He has returned several times in the past three weeks, first to inspect the taps and loo in the downstairs flat. He is always so thorough and he inspected ours afterwards and found that some of our copper piping had deteriorated.
