The food could use some help. The CNAs are very helpful and make you feel seen. The resident advocate Ruby has been my hero here and always brightens my day! She’s helpful and always willing to answer my questions. Very thankful for her.

There’s a noticeable change there since they are under new ownership! They were already pretty good before, but they have improved so much with patient care since then. The staff smile and you can tell they love working there. Therapy is really good and able to work with my friend at his level of ability while sick. Thank you to the awesome staff!

The food here is NOT good. Some things are served still frozen & the portions are so meager as to barely keep a person alive. Their isn't enough staff and is therefore overworked. However, the rehab staff seems to be efficient.

Our stay at Stonehenge of Cedar City was wonderful. The staff was kind, prompt, and educated in their skill set. The transportation driver explained everything we needed to know before arriving at the facility. The nurses were confident, kind, and caring. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation or long-term care.
