These people don’t accept school staff on unemployment due to COVID-19. That only means they care about money and don’t provide equal opportunity in the middle of a pandemic. Shameful.

We rented an apartment from them for 3 years, after leaving they took money out of our security deposit for a small rub mark our couch left on the wall, even though after three years they are going to repaint. They also took money out because we did not move the stove out from wall and clean underneath stove. I've rented for over ten years, never heard of having to do this.
