We signed an agreement with Stonehaven to build steps from our backyard down to the lake - the initial Stonehaven proposal was $14,130 and we paid them a deposit of $7,060. Per the agreement "they would perform the work in a timely manner." After 4 months and multiple calls Stonehaven still had not started the project.
