Really happy with the job that Stonehaven did for us in restoring and upgrading our Belleville craftsman home. Great job adding modern touches while still respecting the period style and making sure it all worked seamlessly. There were a few hiccups along the way but they were very able to make sure that they were taken care of, and didn't stop until everything was just the way we needed it. Thank you!
I want to begin this review off by saying big huge THANK YOU!! To Stephen and his entire crew! From the first time talking on the phone until talking to him everytime on the phone or by email. Stephen makes sure we're always in the loop on things and never ever had left us hanging once, explains things very fine detail so my parents in law can understand everything. Would actually give a 4.5 !We contacted Steve in March to build a deck in the spring. He came with energy and enthusiasm. Looked at our plans and added a great deal of his own creativity. His team was reliable and hard working, adapting to challenges in the design issues as they arose. Despite a conflict with another contractor, the job was excellent and we are thrilled with our new deck!
Steve and his workers were FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough good things, I don’t even know where to start! He managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule when we were really stuck in a jam after our other contractor bailed and he was just wonderful to work with! I was very pleased with Steve from Stonehaven Contracting, from start to finish. Steve arrived prepared, with a full container of deck samples in 3 different price ranges in composite, for me to peruse. Undecided, he helped me with the perfect colour choice, and I was able to get the white railings and pickets in composite also.
