Just moved out of this place and lived here multiple years. The apartment itself is pretty nice and very clean, quiet. I’ve loved living here but keep in mind the rates are quite expensive and they really get you with the electricity overcharge. Despite this, I’ve had multiple bad experiences with management. What the reviews say are true, they’re extremely rude and are entitled to think they can speak to us this way just because we’re students. I loved being here! special thanks to Thuy and all the management, and the maintenance team. All of my work orders were given care and urgency.
I had an amazingtime at Stonehaven. The last three years have been the best since I moved in during my sophomore year at UCR. I felt very safe being in a gated complex, and the community is very welcoming. The apartment complex is peaceful with a lot of trees, shrubs, and flowers that are especially nice in the spring.
