Just moved out of this place and lived here multiple years. The apartment itself is pretty nice and very clean, quiet. I’ve loved living here but keep in mind the rates are quite expensive and they really get you with the electricity overcharge. Despite this, I’ve had multiple bad experiences with management. What the reviews say are true, they’re extremely rude and are entitled to think they can speak to us this way just because we’re students.
