Angela Clayton manages the property next door to me. The tenant is very destructive and has a dog which she is not supposed to. She also hasn’t been paying rent for over 4 months. I know the home owner well and there has been a 4 month long fight before the RTB to remove this tenant. This management company and Angela do nothing at all. They’re happy to collect their fees without fulfilling their responsibility. DO NOT HIRE ANGELA CLAYTON unless you like giving away money and have your property destroyed at the same time.
