I’ve been going to this doctors office for years and never had a problem. Recently had to switch doctors to Dr. Lewis and after one visit with her, I will be finding a new practice. I’m honestly surprised she is employed there because she is so horrible. No bedside manner, no compassion what so ever, barely looks at you during the visit. Really just terrible in every way. I typically don’t leave reviews unless I feel strongly so if you are looking for a doctor, don’t choose Dr. Lewis.
I’m shocked at all the negative reviews. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor, one might say I have “white coat syndrome” haha, but, I really like this place! Dr. Yuriy is great! The nurses are so nice. I can’t stand needles but I got 2 flu shots and blood work here and I had zero discomfort. They have free parking, their own lab downstairs, they open at a great time, they are minutes from 93 and 95 (traffic can be bad but that’s everywhere) Overall I had a great experience that I felt I needed to share due to all of the neg... read more
I’ve had 2 back to back telehealth appointments totally ghosted by Dr. Bodapati and Dr. Foster on 2 separate occasions. This is totally unacceptable and will be communicated to the medical board. I’ve never experienced such horrible and negligent practices ever in my life. Why schedule appointments where people take time out of work and not show up? In any other field this would be unacceptable. If you’re looking for a new doctor, DONT GO HERE.
Receptionist are rude and don’t know anything. Been trying to get my prescription refilled since October called them and they said they are going to refill it. Called today now all of a sudden I have to go see them because it’s been so long when I called Monday she said they sent the request to get filled but didn’t know when it would send. Now I’m out of medication and I have to make an appointment when NO ONE MENTIONED IT. Wait on hold for 16 minutes and then they hang up. I actually have to leave work just to ask them a question because they do not answer phone. unreal
