Been here a few times and the customer service at the desk is what really brings the rating down. When talking to the representatives they seem more bothered that your there for business. Recently was referred by their own quick lane to the service department to schedule a service. Once I mentioned that my Ford vehicle was not purchased there, the answer was no we don't look into water/moisture related issues if the vehicle wasn't purchased there. Could understand (maybe) if it was another companies vehicle, but really won't... read more
The guys were great. Service was great. Time was quick. My issue is when I made an appointment for Ford recalls they said nothing open until November. Here we are in June. Maybe that is normal. Not sure.
Craig, the Service Manager tries very hard to meet expectations and is always nice to interact with. Guy, Steve, and Brian, the shuttle drivers are very pleasant and accommodating in providing transportation.
Polite, took care reoccurring issue. Very much appreciated .
