Would not tend to my Recalls -not will tend to them months from now or will have to wait for parts or refer me else where. This dealership refuses to care for their own Ford trucks.
Courteous and attentive. Have been there a few times, most recently for a recall. Direct and to the point.
This place is a breath of fresh air. Two visits in the past year with no nonsense, zero attempts to sell me services Ford says aren't necessary, clean facilities, friendly staff, in and out on time. So glad I decided to give these guys a shot after getting worked over multiple times at a big dealer on the south shore.
