I called emergency services Sunday night approx 11:50pm. Had block out of my unit. As of today, Tuesday 12/9 I have not received a return phone call. I had to call a lock smith to get into my unit. Totally not Stonegrove fault that I lost my keys but I do take exception to your emergency service phone number that yeiled absolutely no results for my service call.
Staff- the staff is wonderful. I don’t really have any complaints about any of them. I speak to Brenda the most since she is the Leasing Consultant but I’ve had encounters with Maria and Melinda and they are also pleasant. Maintenance- I haven’t really had to put in a ton of requests but when I have the maintenance team responded within 2 days to address the issue. Most of the time it has been within 24 hours. Apartment- only issues I have are that the walls are really thin. I hear my neighbor cough and sneeze every morning.... read more
The property looks great. Also very quiet. Also it’s in a great spot for food and shopping.
Poor design and development parking is not ADA favorable. Disappointed in presentation. Apartment is average
