I recently visited this apartment community and was really impressed. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The office staff were especially outstanding—friendly, professional, and happy to answer all my questions. They took the time to show me around and made me feel welcome without being pushy. Based on my visit, this seems like a great place to live. Highly recommend checking it out!

My Move in experience was horrible from start to finish .Communication with the leasing office has been terrible. They rarely answer the phone. I called for three consecutive days without anyone picking up. When I finally drove to the office, they had already closed before their posted closing time of 6:00 PM. I was originally scheduled to move in on a Sunday. After finally receiving a call back, I was informed that the office is actually closed on Sundays, so my move-in had to be rescheduled for Saturday. They called on our move-in date to tell us that they have to evict someone. They said the eviction would be done within the day and it would take 1 week to clean the place. That means they had already knew the week before that the apartment was not ready on our move-in date but they did not care to call us. They just casually dropped the news that morning after we had already loaded all our stuff into the van. Then they acted as if it was not their fault.
