We lived in Champaign for about a year and made so many unforgettable memories. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive. Our only issue was the occasional noise from the nearby bar and loud cars. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the whole team! ❤️

Living here has been pretty great. The apartments and grounds are well maintained, clean, and nice. Staff here are responsive to maintenance needs and usually are pretty good at communicating with you. They are a bit pricey, but you get a good sized apartment out of it. The location is a bit far from everything, but if you have a good car it's not a problem. It can be a little noisy with traffic from the street, but neighbors and music don't really get through.
