Bad. I walked my dog at night and got hit on by 2 men at the apartment complex, one of which I realized was hitting on me because he asked how old I was. I walked my dog during the day and a stranger asked me to let her into my apartment. When I said no and lied I was married, she started yelling that he wouldn't let me in. I'm honeslty surprised to see so many good reviews here at stonegate . The maintenence people have been nothing but amazing, especially when I first moved in they were quick to take care of any problem I had... I've lived here for 5 months now (on a 12 month lease) and it has vastly gone down hill! Within the first month I moved in I noticed a roach in my apartment, naturally I called the leasing office manager James, and there was an exterminator sent almost immediately. The problem had seemed to have gone away until a coup... read more
If you're honest on your initial condition report, the community manager may come to your work and accost you. Then, a month later, someone will call you to ask you about it and then tell you it was "a lack of training." Also, if your upstairs neighbor causes water damage that results in your ceiling caving in, they will leave a gaping hole in your ceiling for an undetermined amount of time because they're too busy, but then they'll find the time to increase the cost of laundry to $4/load.
