This is undoubtedly the BEST storage unit in Medina! It's climate controlled and the communication is great! I highly recommend it!
Inside heated units were perfect for the items that I needed to temporarily store. The units were clean and maintained. The parking area and inside the building were well lit which was a bonus because I had to do most of my moving in the late evening.
Amazing place to store things. I had a horrible tragedy happen in my life and they had just opened and took great care of me! Great customer service. Always a phone call away and will always call you back or reply to emails right away. I never once had to worry about the security and my belongings there. 100/10 would and will recommend to everyone.
The worst place to rent. They don't deserve a single star. They can deny you access with your belongings inside and with your payment up to date simply because they say that someone left the front door open. For a moment I felt that I had lost my belongings that I had kept there for months and that I had paid up to date to have it in that space. They asked me to move in 2 weeks and when I asked them to check the cameras because I was sure I hadn't left the door open, their IT department was very busy and was never able to ch... read more
Very professional establishment. Bethany is amazing, sweet understanding and helpful. She is very quick at responding when you have a question or concern. The units are clean spacious and very affordable compared to other places. I will be using this establishment If I ever need another storage unit. Thanks again! ☺️
