Pretty good location close to the village. No staff manage the desk, so you're on your own. One of the only bldgs with an outdoor pool (when it's operating, which isnt all the time) Never with central reservations at big white. Period. Their buildings are almost entirely old and run down. Elevators don't work, so expect to have to carry your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. Rooms aren't clean, oh and just to sweeten the deal they'll charge your family for damages you didn't cause. Poor directions, signage and on site help. Our group of 4 arrived late on a week night, the directions to find the place, find the parking, and figure out the locked doors everywhere were a challenge. We called the "front desk" for help only to realize they were not on site and not familiar with the buildings or roads. Once settled, the rooms were clean and cozy. Could use more towels. Hottub on the deck was nice and overall location for skiing was great. Would stay again now that we know the location.
