I really liked this place until they decided THE WEEK OF MY APPOINTMENT that I waited 8 MONTHS for to not take my insurance anymore when I was already having to deal with excessive pain for the waiting period! EXTREMELY unprofessional if you don’t have top notch insurance know you mean nothing to them
Thanks to Dr. Gutierrez and Alaina for making my experience quick and easy. I came in for a filling and was out the door in under an hour. Everyone there was very friendly. I will be back, hopefully only for a cleaning!
Awesome!!!! Went in desperate need of care. I spent thousands of dollars at dentist in the area and got nothing but more bills & health issues. Doc gave me a plan and was honest. I gained his trust because he was a man of integrity. Doc shows empathy to your personal needs. Your not a # your his client. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Shelly at the front desk makes you feel like family!
The front desk staff(Shelly)and the dental hygienist(Denise)are very attentive and professional. Dr. Gutierrez is as very caring and compassionate dentist and I am pleased with all the dental work he has done for me.
