The community wasn't too bad when I first moved in. It didn't take too long for me to realize that most tenants ignore the lease rules and nothing would be done about it. Even after informing them of what I had seen. Apparently, they don't like people to follow the rules and point out who isn't following them. After 5 years of on-time rental payment, I was told one month before the end of my lease that they no longer wanted to rent out my trailer, they wanted to sell it and I had to move. After 4 years of fighting with negligent management and maintenance I got a bill in the mail after moving out. $3500 for the stuff they wouldn't fix while I was there. Do not rent or buy from these folks. They had 5k in their account at least when I was gonna buy a place they were going to give me for a down payment. We got approved through their lender and then a bank reached out and asked if we wanted a house. So we scratched the trailer idea and hear we are being harassed for not choosing them...
Worst place I have lived in not only have I told them about to raccoons that tore up the heat vents under the trailer. On top of that they let us move in with cockroaches already living in the home smh. Let’s not talk about the green corroded faucets in both bathrooms KEEP YOUR FAMILY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The office people also smoke weed out side of the office
