Pretty chill and relaxing place to live. Has a kids park as well. Yeah until we moved out after 4 shootings in less than 2 months. A standoff with Ak's with police outside my kids window at 2am in the morning. Then they have the nerve to try to charge us 1200 dollars for the carpets that were screwed when we moved in and a bunch of other fees. All because we wouldn't sign a new lease and was leaving. Wanted me to buy the trailer and when I left they do all this. DO NOT RENT THERE IT IS A HORROR
