I’ve been here three years and never had an issue until a new manager, Mary, was put into office. She seems to pick on certain people. Telling one family they will be evicted in three days if they do not remove the trampoline in the yard while allowing others to have one. She sent letters to multiple residence in our community stating if they continue to TNR, care for, water, or feed the cats roaming outdoors they would be evicted in three days. RecommendedI have lived in Stonegate since 1994 and have had no problems at all, with any kind of animal or anything else.
Stonegate is now preventing TNR (trapping, neutering, returning or rescuing) on their premises, after allowing it. They are even preventing leaving food and water for the cats !! This is inhumane!! TNR is is a humane way of dealing with the feral cat population and minimizing future poputations of feral cats. This was done out care and compassion, and not for any other reason.
The new management of this community is ignoring an issue with cats that was taken care of prior. They will not let anyone spay/neuter the animals which will exponentially heighten the population and are harassing the current residents with threats of eviction if they feed them. It is a disgrace.
