If I could go lower, I certainly would!!! This company seems to be in business to insured people that should NOT be on the road in the first place. They insure unqualified people and as expected when these individuals hit good drivers they DO NOT accept responsibility. They place blame on the good driver so they don’t have to pay for damages. Robert S (claim agent) is very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and Horrible customer service. You have to call him numerous of times before he returns your calls and he's very nonchalant. I would never refer anybody to this company. The only reason I have to deal with them is because their insurer hit my car. I should have let my insurance deal with them. This company needs to fine and out of business due to their unethical policies. I will be writing a letter to Stonegate's President and BBB (already wrote the review).
