This place has already had a fair amount of issues in the past 2 years. We've had no security for the front gate for over a year, even now, its frequently out of service because of people running into the bars, or mechanical issues. The community is OK, people mind their own business, stay in their own world. Make sure you have a spare key somewhere thats accessible. If you dont, they wont let you in your apartment unless its an emergency. Regardless of if you're on the lease for the condo. Thats apparently the rule per mana... read more

I’ve lived at Stonegate Faircrest Condominium for five years, and it used to be a great place for families. In the beginning, the community was friendly and neighbors were respectful – it really felt like a safe, family-oriented environment. I loved coming home to a quiet neighborhood where kids could play and everyone minded their manners. Unfortunately, things have changed recently.
