My son has an adverse reaction to an MMR/Varicella vaccine and I was referred here by my child's pediatrician. After looking at his skin (that had HUGE BLISTERS on his entire body from head to toe) they said it looked like a bad case of chicken pox and recommended that I bathe my child in a bath daily and rub calamine lotion on his body. The front office staff is very unprofessional! They were very rude about my copayment on my first visit. Today as I sat waiting for mg appointment they were talking about people calling to make or change appointments and mocking them; laughing loudly about it. I told them that I wasn’t staying for my appointment and left.
All this new crap is annoying! I don't like it! Instead of billing my insurance they decided to bill me $430 bucks and needless to say I've called them and left several messages and no one has returned my call! I don't appreciate how they're taking there time to fix something that's gonna ruin my credit! Money hungry place I'll find a different decent dermatologist! She's not even all that anyways!
I have been a dermatology patient at stonegate for a few years and in general the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I feel uncomfortable talking to the front desk staff on the phone and sometimes in person. I feel like I am an inconvenience when I call with questions and as though they are too busy to take my call.
They were really great with my mother in-law. Removed skin cancer and were very patient with her
