After being a patient for many years and being pleased with their services, I have to say I have been extremely unhappy with them the past two visits I have had. Their cleanings have not been as thorough, and we have been checked by a dentist other than Dr. Rentz. The exams have been less than 5 minutes with minimal communication. Worst ever experience. They did RCT two times with the same tooth but there is still a problem and pain. They are saying go to Orthodontic and they will treat it now, and I have to pay these amounts from my pocket
I’m pretty disappointed with Stonegate Dental. I specifically asked for the upfront, out of pocket costs for a new patient dental visit. While I thought the service was good. I received a bill for $75-80 for a service that I did not agree to. I called to rectify and the receptionist told me that when the office reopened I could speak to someone regarding this. Yesterday I received a bill with the amount highlighted as past due. I was told that I need a crown but I think that I will go elsewhere for future service.
