There is a man who has been purposely setting off his car alarm at all hours of the day and night. I've lost sleep. The HOA is aware and not doing anything about it. It's been literal months.
Came here to tour. The office was closed and nobody was waiting to guide our tour. We tried calling the office several times to confirm, and nobody answered. The tennis court was very faded. The indoor pool looked to be in disrepair, and the buildings just looked old and sad. The HOA clearly isn't doing anything for its tenants.
I have lived in this place. Very safe, very naturally beautiful, eye catching environment with beautiful scenery 👌 just loved it.
My experience with the HOA has been exceptionally distressing. The management, particularly the HOA vice president, James Nelson, displayed highly abusive behavior. It's disheartening that a court-instated permanent protection order against James was blatantly violated, with the president's involvement ultimately leading to his arrest. James’ beha has been evident throughout, raising serious concerns about their ability to lead the community effectively.
