I lived here in a 2 bedroom 2 bath for 3 years and at the time the management was Lee Ann,I don't remember the other lady's name because LeeAnn was who we worked with the most. While living there my Family and I were happy and we never had an issue with maintenance. The only problem we had was trying to get our full deposit back from the new management (Nicole Cook) she gave me multiple reasons as to why we wouldn't get our deposit back. Ex. I’ve lived here for 4 years because it was somewhat affordable but they have raised rent every year and zero property improvements, and cannot wait to leave next week. There’s been at least 6 different managers and each one had something to prove. I switched units for health issues and paid huge fees, my new unit was ‘cleaned’ by other residents and was still dirty. If you’re handy you’ll be ok stuff constantly breaks. My AC flooded my master bedroom 4 times and they never replaced the carpet just pulled up the padding after... read more
