McKenzi is so personable! It was a great experience and she handled everything very professionally! She answered all of my questions! Can’t wait to find out if I can move in!!
My folks have lived there for 4+ years, no major problems until recently. Their house has flooded multiple times, they just replaced the carpet and didn’t PROPERLY DRY THE APARTMENT which led to her having multiple health issues such as high blood pressure, she also has PNEUMONIA, and all this started when the apartment started flooding! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE! They don’t even take any action unless you call corporate but I do know they will be taking legal action because this is ridiculous and dange... read more
Overall would not recommend this apartment to anybody, maybe to my worst enemy. First of all, front office lacks communication. They would say maintenance would come look at my request in a week, but the ONE maintenance guy there takes about 3weeks to a month to accomplish requests. The A/C was having troubles for about 3months during my second year there in the hot summer blowing hot air alone, while I’m still paying an $120+ elec. bill. We were given a window AC unit just for one month that barely helped. All the MTX dude ... read more
