Overall would not recommend this apartment to anybody, maybe to my worst enemy. First of all, front office lacks communication. They would say maintenance would come look at my request in a week, but the ONE maintenance guy there takes about 3weeks to a month to accomplish requests. The A/C was having troubles for about 3months during my second year there in the hot summer blowing hot air alone, while I’m still paying an $120+ elec. bill. I had a wonderful tour. The property staff was amazing 🤩. They answered all of my questions and gave me red carpet treatment. Love the layout of the apartment and the prices. Definitely in my top 3 property choices right now.
I recently went and took a tour of the facilities, and was highly pleased with what this complex had to offer!! The management team, McKenzie and Charity, were SUPER friendly, and answered every single question and concern I had!! The apartment I looked at was super clean, had washer and dryer hook ups, and looked like a place I could call home. Although I wasn’t able to lease an apartment here due to the community being full, I was very impressed with everything I saw. The complex is extremely clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding. The office staff was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about the property. You can tell they take great care of the place and truly care about their residents. I’ll definitely be checking back for availability!
