I joined Stonefitt ~2 months ago and have been doing the group adult sessions regularly. All of the coaches are excellent and motivating. The mix of programming throughout the week keeps things fun and challenging. Looking forward to continuing to challenge myself and see improvements in 2024!
This is an outstanding training facility/program for youth and teenage athletes. I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and my son attended one of the sessions for elementary-aged kids, and I was very impressed with the coaching, environment, programming, and overall experience. I've trained for over 20 years and been to dozens of different gyms, and Stonefit is definitely top tier.
