I love how important Stonefield staff make you feel as soon as you enter! I was so very thankful for a member at the Stonefield surgery who took my urgency on the phone very seriously! My throat felt it was closing and was restricting my breathing slightly and I was very much in pain. She had me an appointment that very Monday afternoon. Stonefield Street Surgery used to be brilliant whilst at the old building was run by the Lovely Doctor L. Hampson. Now the practice has gone down the hill. Literally. I have had some problems with the lost paperwork at the front desk. filled in for 3 times then these forms did reached the right practitioner at the surgery. was asked to fill in again and again. Also have asked to be refereed for an ADHD assessment twice but instead to be referred officially me for it, its been put on my medical patient record on instead that ... read more
Very positive telephone appointment. I was listened to and had a range of options explained to me. Always made aware of the opportunity to come back to the doctor if I need further advice, treatment or to have another discussion.
Stonefield Surgery must be the best in the district with all staff polite and knowledgeable. I can’t fault it.
