David helped to quickly fix our water heater after the breaker tripped.
I love living here. It's pretty quiet, and I love having an elevator, especially on days with lots of groceries or a heavy package to carry. The screened in patio is perfect. One of the best parts of living at MAA Stonefield is their maintenance team. Everything is handled efficiently and timely. Mike, the head of maintenance, is always very personable and professional. He will bend over backwards for tenants.
David smith with Maitenance was very prompt with responding to my maitenance request and fixing the issue right away, even after normal working hours.
Mike and David from maintenance are always quick to solve any issue our unit has. We are lucky to have them work here
