The MAA Stonefield maintenance team responded quickly to my AC repair request and promptly solved the issue with a high level of expertise by communicating the issue and the solution clearly to me. Furthermore, the technician went above and beyond by inspecting the roof compressor unit during rainy conditions. In addition, the technician offered alternative solutions to the issue if he was unable to solve the issue on the day of the maintenance request. Overall, I was very satisfied by this maintenance service.
The entire team here went went out of their way to make my leasing and move-in as much of a low stress event as possible. I highly recommend MAA Stonefield from the wonderful front office people who made all the paper work easy to the friendly maintenance staff who took care of my minor unit problems very quickly and efficiently.

I want to share how my experiences have been with Stonefield Commons and management. I've lived here for 4yrs and really enjoy how the stores or shops that I frequent is in walking distance. Whenever I needed assistance with the few small maintenance issues, Mike and David were quick to correct and Molly was quick to follow up. I pay for reserved parking,and there are times when folks don't respect the space and park anyway..Molly gave some helpful tips that may help to reduce this issue. I'm settling in my new apartment and I really like it here. Everything is convenient as far as shopping and restaurants. There are great amenities as well; community lounge area, fitness center, computer use, and more. The Office managers are very pleasant.
