Great neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Shopping close by.
I've had over 25 leaks in my condo since I bought it in 2013. Now they want me to hire a plumber to come in to see where the new leak is but it's always coming from upstairs. The last leaks nobody took care of including the complex that charges $419 a month for our condo fees! This place is horrible don't buy or rent here because you will be inconvenienced.
