Our father first moved into this facility 2 years ago when it was under different management and it was good, then it came under new management which wasn't good and we were looking for another place for him. Then American House took over management earlier this year and it has been absolutely amazing! Our father is so happy with the care, staff, food, activities, etc. The level of communication is great. Both my family and our father give American House 5 stars!!
We can’t say enough positive things about the care and compassion our family has experienced at American House Town and Country. There has been a LOT of change during the 10 months that our father has lived at American House Town and Country. Communication has been a challenge, but we hope it will continue to improve. We will say, however, that dad's care team is amazing! His Med Tech, Joyce, and Care Partners, Amber, Asia and Melody, are all so attentive and patient with him! Beautiful building. Great sized rooms. A tone of attraction near. Great location for shopping. What more could you ask for "reasonable and affordable".
