American house is a wonderful , caring place. My mother was a resident there, and received wonderful care. The place was a good fit for mom, she loved the movie theatre, activities, field trips and happy hour. The staff in the building called the residents by their name. So friendly. When she move to memory care, she was very well taken care of, happy , and the staff and memory care director were the best and very attentive, and met mom’s needs. A very safe place to be. Recently, I visited this facility with a friend who has a family member living there. It was beautiful! The staff is so nice and accommodating! Food is made by a talented chef, and everyone likes it! But I have to say that I was most impressed by the Admin/Management Staff, which made sure to greet us and answer any questions my friend and I had! I am very picky when it comes to customer care, and I was in awe, to say the least! Good job, American House, for hiring these folks!
My parents moved into American House during the 3rd quarter of 2025. They are on the Memory Care floor, which was a way for both of them to get the extra care and to live in the same apartment together. Mom took some time getting comfortable, and I credit Patrina, Director of Memory Care, and her staff welcoming my parents to AH, but especially with helping mom to adjust. American House Town & Country Senior Living is a beautiful assisted living facility. The team is compassionate, committed, and well-versed in providing excellent care to their residents.
