IF 0 stars waa an option that is what I would give. If your looking dont come here. Over the last 5 years we have had to many manager's to count. They raise lot rent every 6 months, due to property tax and rising utilities but you pay for all those seperate. You pay your own property tax. They never plow the road, it has been done 2 times in the last 5 years and currently we have been refused garbage service, school bus services, and oxygen home services because roads are so bad.
