I have lived here on site since 2023. Its been a horror story. First I bought/ purchased a " on " that was rehabilitated/renovated trailer" and it was far from that. After moving in discovered -Underneath the kitchen cabinet completely molded throughout unit with other obvious maintenance issues , windows not able to open ..ect...the under belly of the trailer completely on the ground, pipes froze first winter on site, mice and then roaches-painted to the wall, then down the line experience parking issues with no resolution,... read more
