I love how they are helpful. Anytime I have trouble, they go out of their way to help me out. Been here ten years. Even maintenance is always happy to help even though I own my home.
MANAGER IS A SELF- CENTERED WITCH. HER WAY OR THE HIGH-WAY. SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO REASON. NOT A VERY UNDERSTANDING PERSON AT ALL. THE RENT KEEPS ON GOING UP SUPPOSEDLY FOR MAINTAINENCE. COME OUT HERE AND DRIVE THREW THE COMMUNITY AN SEE HOW MANY CRATERS YOUR DODGING TO KEEP YOUR VEHECILE IN ONE PIECE. OR HOW YOU KEEP SLIDING DOWN THE HILL IN THE WINTER ( BECAUSE IT'S NOT BEEN SALTED OR SAND SPREAD OUT) AND YOU HAVE TO GO UP THE HILL JUST TO ENTER THE COMMUNITY.
