While some of the subcontractors he hires might be decent, any work done directly by the contractor or his crew is subpar at best—often handled by unskilled labor he picks up last minute. He consistently fails to follow through on his promises, and corners are cut at every opportunity. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this contractor is not trustworthy.
