Terrible place.
My mother lived at Promenade Senior Living for almost 7 years, through 3 community owners. She was a happy resident, finding much friendship, activity, and care. During her last 6 months she required much more care, and the staff responded with compassion and love. They truly did love our GG!
Poor communication.
My father who has dementia has been in this facility for about 3 weeks and I received a call from my nephew that he found my father on the floor, not dressed for the day, in a t shirt and urine soaked brief. He is unable feed or clothe himself and is totally dependent on staff for his daily care. The door to the suite was locked door and his bedroom door was also closed. He was found down at dinner time while everyone else was at dinner he was on the floor and no one seemed to realize he was not in the dining room. We have n... read more
