Chimney left open, birds come in to nest and get trapped. Handle on Enviro unit burnt to blackened crisp. Never returned phone calls from number used to call me for install. Cannot find a number for manufacturer and phone number listed online for this company is fake, goes to a "survey" to win a cruise. If you choose under 21 years old to bypass the survey it hangs up on you.

Delivery was a mess - Order placed for sills was never received and instead regular stone was sent and when questioned they stopped answering the phone. Loss of over $1000. Moreover there were no ridges in the back (as is needed to hold to the wall) for a lot of the stone causing the installer to charge more to install!! Overall I would rate them 0 if I could for their fraudulence.

Paid $749.06 for Stone Veneer in 8/2017, it is now 3/2018. After numerous calls with seemingly legitimate explanations for the delay, the phone number when called says no longer in service. Can’t find a way to contact anyone to receive refund. Nothing but theft pure and simple. Do not attempt to order from this company online or via phone should they ever reattempt business that way.

I ORDERED STONE FROM JOHN AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD SHIP IN 15 DAYS. AFTER A MONTH I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BACK ORDERED AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHEN IT WOULD BE IN. I WAS TOLD UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCE THAT I NEEDED THE STONE NOW AND WAS TOLD 15 DAYS I COULD CANCEL THE ORDER AND WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND OF ALMOST $500.00 THAT I PAID DOWN. 2 MONTHS LATER AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND EVERY EXCUSE YOU CAN IMAGINE I STILL DONT HAVE THE MONEY OR STONE.
