I recently visited StoneCreek and was incredibly impressed by the Memory Care Coordinator, Sarah. It was obvious from the moment I arrived that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Throughout my visit, I observed her interacting with residents with patience, kindness, and respect. I am so impressed with this community! The food is outstanding and menus changes seasonally with plenty of variety that residents truly enjoy. The new leadership team has brought wonderful energy and a strong commitment to throughout the community. The care provided has been exceptional, and it’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents’ well-being and happiness. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one.

I attended a family event at StoneCreek and left feeling incredibly impressed by the energy and atmosphere in the community. A big part of that was due to Sarah, the Memory Care Coordinator. What stood out most was her ability to make every resident feel important.
