Very pleased with and grateful for the care I received. I chipped my front tooth and was able to get an appointment for the very next day to have it examined and treated. The staff are wonderful and Stonecreek Centerville will be my new home for dental care.
Everything went great
Great experience! Hygienist explained everything and constantly checked on my discomfort level. Followed up with a call later in the day to confirm a question. Excellent customer service.
I arrived 15 mins early for my cleaning/exam, was told I was only scheduled for an exam. Would have to come back for cleaning if I passed the exam!?! What is this - third grade? Receptionist was incompetent and hygienist wouldn’t take responsibility saying that they had a third-party company that scheduled their office visits. They were responsible for my missing appointment! If this dental office is that inept and disorganized, I don’t want them near my mouth!
Staff is very patient and knowledgeable. Very kind and patient to our son who gets extremely nervous.
