If I could give this office less than 1 star, I would. I had high hopes when I scheduled my first appointment with this dental office 2–3 months in advance, but the entire experience has been frustrating, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I paid $193 up front and after an hour and a half in the waiting room with no more than 2 patients waiting I was still in the waiting room. I asked for a refund that will be sent in the next day or two. Will not use this dental office again.

Do to the Recent incident with Terry Glass and the others that have come forward with Billing Issues and other, I Do Not Recommend Stone Creek in Venterville, Ohio. Not sure about the other Locations. I would check the Reviews on the Location you may be going to

I have reached my breaking point with their appointment scheduling practices. After booking appointments for my son and myself months in advance, I've been met with nothing but endless cancellations and last-minute rescheduling. Each time I receive a call to reschedule a day or two prior to one of our appointments, it feels like my time is not valued at all.
