Horrible communication. Rude staff.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dentists and hygienist explain treatment options in a way that you can understand and appreciate.
We had a wonderful experience with the team at Stonecreek. The staff was always responsive, professional, and caring. We especially appreciated working with Dr. McGuire, who took exceptional care of my son throughout his dental procedure—from the preparation beforehand to the care and follow-up afterward. We have a daughter that has special needs and is in a wheelchair. She cant sit for long periods of time and we ended up waiting an hour to see the dentist. I understand the registration process takes a while to register as a new patient, but an hour is just ridiculous. Needless to say, not a great first impression to make as a first time patient.
