Wait outside for 1 hour, then wait for another hour for doctor!!! 2 hours waiting for only 5 mins treatment. Have no idea what’s the meaning of scheduling time.
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a business. I would not recommend Stonecreek Dental based on my experience with their handling of my SureSmile. I began my case at their Xenia location, but during my treatment, that location temporarily shut down and I was transferred to the Centerville office. If I could give this office less than 1 star, I would. I had high hopes when I scheduled my first appointment with this dental office 2–3 months in advance, but the entire experience has been frustrating, disorganized, and deeply disappointing. To start, I was never informed that my initial appointment did not include a cleaning—something that should have been made very clear when booking. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. I paid $193 up front and after an hour and a half in the waiting room with no more than 2 patients waiting I was still in the waiting room. I asked for a refund that will be sent in the next day or two. Will not use this dental office again.
Do to the Recent incident with Terry Glass and the others that have come forward with Billing Issues and other, I Do Not Recommend Stone Creek in Venterville, Ohio. Not sure about the other Locations. I would check the Reviews on the Location you may be going to
