I had to go to this office since they closed the dayton office and I had already paid cash for my dental work. Everyone I spoke to to try and make appointments were very rude and several weeks later when I finally got an apt the dentist was very rude. Had a nasty attitude with my husband and me. I took a copy of my file to go elsewhere. The only person there that was kind and caring was the receptionist that was from the dayton office.
I went thinking I was gonna have a root canal by the Endodontist. My original appointment had been canceled because someone put the appointment down in the wrong place. To make a long story short, I arrived on-time but waited over 2hours to even set eyes one the doctor. Apparently she was on a phone call. For 2 hours? When I finally did see her the visit actually lasted maybe ten minutes. I won't recommend this place, nor will I ever go back. Really frustrating!
