We were excited to lease a penthouse in Clayton, MO at Clayton on the Park as we split our time between St. Louis and Winter Park, FL. Unfortunately, we have had many water leaks from the ceiling and the recessed lights. After yesterday’s storm the “fixes” that the maintenance crew used previously have failed and the ceiling has caved.
