We have been staying at Clayton on the park. We have only lived here 3 months and it has been hell. Every time it rains the windows leak. Maintenance will take days to show up for leaking water. The only solution has been to silicone a rusted out window. Management will only answer you as they see they fit and come up with more excuses than you can imagine. I will never rent from Clayton on the park or any facility related to stone creek. This is beyond ridiculous.
Me and my wife lived at one of StoneCreek's communities in Indianapolis, Keeneland Crest, and it was the worst 14 months of our lives. The office culture was one that shunned responsibility and was slow to help. Shortly after we moved in our washing machine went out and wouldn't drain. Long story short: Over my one year lease at metro on fifth I had five times where is rained and water came in to the living room and second bedroom and got all my things wet. I reported it with photo/ video documentation and nothing was done. The told me every single time it was fixed and the next big rain it would come in again. We were excited to lease a penthouse in Clayton, MO at Clayton on the Park as we split our time between St. Louis and Winter Park, FL. Unfortunately, we have had many water leaks from the ceiling and the recessed lights. After yesterday’s storm the “fixes” that the maintenance crew used previously have failed and the ceiling has caved.
