I moved here last year from Tennessee so this is the first place I’ve ever lived in here and I love it great and safe for my kids a lots of stuff to do great for walking everything is right here you don’t have to go far you can literally stay in your little bubble because everything is so close Walmart , food places grocery stores etc I def recommend anyone to move here it’s very quiet you wouldn’t even know anyone lived out here if it wasn’t for the cars and the staff in the office are so loving and nice how could you not l... read more
I lived here for over 2 years and have enjoyed my stay. Spacious apartment in comparison to others in MoCo at a higher price. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very responsive to maintenance needs. I met a few friendly neighbors (the ones that know how to say hello). Germantown has def become rough around the edges but you don't feel that within this community. Sound quality is also nice. Great apartment,great facilities and great management!!!
I moved here to save money after living in downtown Silver Spring, and it was a good decision. This is not a luxury property, but it's excellent at what it offers. The management really cares, the maintenance workers are prompt and extremely helpful, and the fireplaces are heavy-duty and wonderful! Finally, it's extremely peaceful -- I almost never hear my neighbors.
The grounds are clean and the parking lot is well lite at night. The maintenance team is very responsive and friendly. For the complex to be so close the A well traveled street it is very quite. It's in walking distance of shopping and the library.
Stonecreek Club aparments are a great place to live. The customer service is very good as well. Any issues I have had were attended to promptly which is greatly appreciated.
Those apartments are the worst apartments and company in Maryland and USA. They like to F" the residents with the deposit money after they move out,. The apartments are very dirty, very bad service as a management, engineers, they just care about money not about the residents,. My son have asthma and we don't have AC and they took 3 days to fix it so I have to go to my family house until they fix it, I has to call a lot and emails to get my AC fix it because they are NOT good at all in everything..
